Founded in 2007, Ture Invest AB (“Ture Invest”) is a Swedish based credit investor,
operating on a global basis.

The largest investor is Paul Leander-Engström, who started his career at McKinsey & Co.
In 1996, he co-founded Prosperity Capital Management Limited, the world's largest fund
manager of Russian equities. Paul is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of the charity
organization The World We Want, focusing on poverty and environmental degradation.

Ture Invest's second largest investor is Johan Orring, who has extensive investment banking
experience from his time at Goldman Sachs International, Blackstone and Enskilda Securities.
Johan has also made a number of successful direct private equity investments and today runs
his own investment company.
